Important Information:

• All orders placed before 10am will be dispatched the same day.
• Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday, so orders placed after 10am on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
• We deliver to the whole of the mainland UK including the Scottish Highlands, and all the UK Islands. For delivery to Northern Ireland, please get in touch. If you’re not sure if we can deliver to you, do email us at info@noblehouseprepared.com.
• We delivery Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
• You can choose a preferred delivery date at checkout. We'll always aim to deliver on that date, but it is an estimate and not guaranteed. 
• Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or circumstances outside our control.
• We cannot accept liability for order is arriving after the select a date, provided delivery takes place within the legally required timeframe. 
• Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information. 
• If no one is available to receive your parcel, the curry at my attempt redelivery, leave it in a safe place, or return it to the Depot. 
• If your order has arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
