Where We Deliver

We deliver to the whole of the Mainland UK, and the Channel Islands. Please contact us for delivery to Northern Ireland or international delivery.

Couriers we use for our deliveries include Royal Mail, FedEx, UPS, DHL and DPD.

Important Information:

• At checkout you will be able to select the next available delivery days.
• All orders placed before 10am will be dispatched the same day.
• Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday, so orders placed after 10am on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
• We deliver orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Deliveries are not available on weekends unless otherwise stated.
• At checkout, you will be able to select a preferred delivery date. We will always aim to deliver your order on the date you have selected, and the large majority of deliveries arrive on time.
• All delivery timeframes provided on our website are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, including (but not limited to) courier delays, traffic conditions, weather, or unexpected operational issues.
• While we make every reasonable effort to deliver on your chosen date, we cannot accept liability if your order does not arrive on the selected delivery day. This includes any direct or indirect loss, cost, inconvenience, or damage resulting from delayed delivery.
• Orders are processed in accordance with our standard procedures. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
• If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to reasons such as no one being available to receive the package, access restrictions, or incorrect address details, additional delivery attempts or charges may apply depending on the courier’s policy.
• If you need to amend your delivery details or date after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been dispatched.
• Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email and, where available, tracking information.

Packaging

At Noble House we always look to use the best available eco-friendly options where we can. We’ve taken particular care to choose packaging options which are sustainable, made from recycled products, can be further recycled or (better still) are biodegradable.

Delivery boxes:

For our deliveries we use cardboard boxes made from sustainably sourced recycled cardboard. These can be reused at home, put with your household recycling to be recycled once again, or as it is also biodegradable, you can cut/shred it for your compost or garden mulch.

We also use eco-friendly paper tape to seal the box. This can also be recycled!

Loose Fill / Protective Padding:

In addition to recycled (and recyclable) paper and card, we also use a very special loose fill that protects in the same way as polystyrene chips (and looks similar), but that’s where the similarities end! Environmentally, these products are oceans apart- our loose fill is made from corn starch and is 100% compostable (EN13432). Just put it in your home compost, or if you put it in the sink and run water over it, it will dissolve and run down the sink!

Coffee Capsules & Packaging:

Our Nespresso compatible coffee capsules are made from an oxygen-tight biopolymer which is 100% compostable. You can place them in the general waste, the compost or bury them in the ground, either way they will completely break down. Their packaging can also be recycled, subject to your local recycling facilities.
