This website is operated by Noble House Gifts & Hampers, which is a trading name of NH Prepared Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Noble House Gifts & Hampers. Noble House Gifts & Hampers offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. 

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content. 

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. 

SECTION 1 - DELIVERY TERMS

We work in cooperation with DPD and Royal Mail to make sure we provide the most accurate and timely delivery for all of your orders. We use our chosen couriers due to reliability, customer service and ability to deliver next day across Mainland UK.

IMPORTANT INFO:

  • At checkout you will be able to select the next available delivery days.
  • If no date is selected, we will dispatch straight away for delivery the next available working day.
  • Deliveries are made on Monday to Sunday, excluding bank holidays and public holidays.
  • You can also choose a delivery date up to 8 weeks in advance.
  • Depending on your chosen delivery method, the timings for delivery may be provided in advance by our couriers; however, you must ensure appropriate means for receiving the package (i.e. delivery instructions) to avoid an unsuccessful delivery incurring a non-refundable cancellation.
  • Once the package is with our courier, Noble House Prepared is not liable for unexpected delays outside of our control or compensate for incurred loses or perceived inconveniences related to a delayed delivery.

SECTION 2 - CHANGE OR CANCELLATION TERMS

We require 48 hours notice or 2 working days to change or cancel an order. Once the order has been collected for delivery by our courier service it cannot be cancelled or amended, and the costs are non-refundable.

SECTION 3 - RETURNS POLICY

At Noble House Gifts & Hampers we stand behind the high standard and quality of all our products on offer. As we sell perishable goods, we ask that you - the customer - inspect the food once you have opened the box. If for any reason you are not happy with the order received, please contact our team immediately on info@noblehousegifts.com or 0207 6177 036. You will be asked to provide images and details of the problem at hand and we will endeavour to work towards resolving any issues. Refunds will be at the discretion of Noble House Gifts & Hampers and will be investigated and issued on a case by case basis.

SECTION 4 - ALCOHOL POLICY

It is illegal to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.

Acceptable forms of ID to prove you are over 18 include:
• A photo driving licence
• A passport
• A proof of age card, such as the PASS card from the National Proof of Age Standards scheme.

We use a system that works behind the scenes at checkout to verify our customers’ ages if they are purchasing alcohol. Normally it is able to verify the age without requiring any additional information, but on occasion it might not be able to do so, in which case we may need to ask for additional proof of age. In this instance we will contact you to ask for an acceptable form of ID. If we are unable to verify the age, this may lead to a delay or cancellation of the order.

Vintages and availability – due to the limited production of some wines, it may not be possible to offer the specific vintage listed on our website. We will send instead the current available vintage or if the wine is no longer available, we will contact you to offer an alternative.

SECTION 5 - DISCOUNTS, OFFER CODES AND GIFT VOUCHERS

Individual terms and conditions will apply to discounts, offer codes gift vouchers. Please ensure you use all discounts and offer codes within the specified time frame as these cannot be extended. Gift voucher must be used prior to expiry and will not be extended, refunded or exchanged.

SECTION 6 - ALLERGENS POLICY

All food items are clearly labelled with ingredients and allergens and it is your responsibility to ensure you purchase items that are suitable for your or the recipient's dietary requirements. SECTION 7 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION 

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

At Noble House Gifts & Hampers, we take great pride in curating exquisite hampers filled with only the finest, premium products.  Occasionally, due to stock availability, we may need to make substitutions, but rest assured, we will always replace any item with one of equal or greater quality. We understand that every gift is important, and our commitment to providing the best never wavers. SECTION 9 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
