Amazing customer service, recipient was very happy with the beautifully packaged gifts

I contacted this company a few weeks ago as I was extremely interested in their coffee and chocolate hamper for an anniversary gift for some friends. The hamper included ground coffee and I wanted coffee beans as they had a coffee machine, so I sent them an email asking if they could swap them and I'd pay the difference. Conrad emailed me back very swiftly saying it was doable and that he would phone me, which he did the following day. He created a bespoke hamper, even amended a couple of items to my request and ensured it was delivered on the day I needed it. I cannot praise this company enough for their service, they went above and beyond for me! My friends were over the moon with their hamper, even going as far to say it was the best gift I had given them. Will DEFINITELY be using this company again and encourage anyone and everyone to use them. Thank you!

Having had children myself I wanted to find a present for friends who are due to have their first child very soon. I wanted something that could be practical yet felt bespoke and unique showing thought had been put into it. I’m an advocate for small business and always try to support them as does the couple soon to be parents as you in my experience have always received a much better and more personalised service as family business really value their customers, so buying a gift from a family run business who respect the environment and materials for their products and really understand the market and customers the gifts are for us a must for me. This subdue blanket is beautiful and so soft and the colour will match any baby scheme .x
