Absolutely fantastic company, great customer service!
I contacted this company a few weeks ago as I was extremely interested in their coffee and chocolate hamper for an anniversary gift for some friends. The hamper included ground coffee and I wanted coffee beans as they had a coffee machine, so I sent them an email asking if they could swap them and I'd pay the difference. Conrad emailed me back very swiftly saying it was doable and that he would phone me, which he did the following day. He created a bespoke hamper, even amended a couple of items to my request and ensured it was delivered on the day I needed it. I cannot praise this company enough for their service, they went above and beyond for me! My friends were over the moon with their hamper, even going as far to say it was the best gift I had given them. Will DEFINITELY be using this company again and encourage anyone and everyone to use them. Thank you!
