I ordered the Aperol and Prosecco Gift box over the bank holiday weekend with a bar of luxury chocolate for a friends 30th Birthday, I made a mistake in not ordering a vegan chocolate and emailed to see if this could be rectified, I had a response within 24 hours and John sorted out my error immediately. Then unfortunately the gift box was damaged in transit (not Noble House's error) so I emailed John to explain and again within 24 hours my email had been answered and a new box sent out the next day at no cost to me. Their customer service has been amazing and 5 stars just isn't enough if I could I would give 10 stars. The gift box and items are beautiful, presentation lovely and I cannot wait to pass on the gift. This is the second gift box hamper I have bought and Ive always been extremely happy and cannot wait to order again. 10 out of 10 for customer service, speedy delivery, great communication, excellent products and beautiful presentation.
